I am playing Hortensio in "The Taming of the Shrew" and Oberon in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at the 2003 Yonkers Shakespeare Project. Performances are FREE in Untermyer Park (picnicking and lawn chairs encouraged!), Wed-Fri at 7:30pm as follows:
Shrew: July 9, 10, 11, 16, 17 and 18.
Midsummer: July 23, 24, 25, 30, 31 and Aug 1.
There will also be an indoor Saturday matinee of each show at the Yonkers Public Library Theatre at 2pm on July 12 (Shrew) and Aug 2 (Midsummer).
In case of RAIN, performances will be held in the Yonkers Public Library Theatre.

DIRECTIONS to Untermyer Park: Take the Sawmill Parkway to Executive Blvd exit in Yonkers. Go west on Exec. Blvd to the end (about 1 mile). Turn left onto North Broadway and go about 1/2 mile. You will pass St. John's hospital on your right. Your next right is the park entrance. You may park in the park or on North Broadway.

DIRECTIONS to Yonkers Public Library: The Library is directly across the street from the Yonkers Train Station (Metro North Hudson Line from Grand Central). To Drive, take Yonkers Avenue West (from the Sawmill) til it ends (it curves and changes names a couple times, but keep going). Take a right through a couple blocks of construction. You will see the train station coming up on your left and the library (a beautiful new building) on your right. Parking is available as you approach.
